Welcome! Here you will find supportive, therapeutic yoga and massage in the stunning Tamar Valley. I offer small, welcoming yoga classes and 1:1 sessions for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, children, those that are less mobile - using chairs instead of mats and gentle hatha mat based practice, alongside sports massage therapy, to support active bodies and everyday aches.

What we offer

Explore our range of therapeutic movement and bodywork practices for whole community wellness - supporting families, recovery and active bodies. There is something for everyone - young, old, pregnant, postnatal, beginner or seasoned practitioner, whether you enjoy company or prefer privacy, we endeavour to meet your needs.

All our offerings are available in Calstock, located between Callington and Tavistock on the Cornwall/Devon border. All our yoga offerings are also available at the stunning Fire and Bliss Studio in Tavistock, with the exception of chair yoga.

  • A small, friendly, local class where we focus on mindful movement, steady breathing, and holding postures with intention. It’s a slower-paced practice that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging relaxation and body awareness. Suitable for adults of all levels, with options offered throughout.

  • This class offers a gentle, accessible practice using a chair for support, making yoga available to all bodies and abilities. Movements focus on improving mobility, strength, and circulation while promoting relaxation and ease. During this 45 minute class we spend 30 minutes moving and 15 minutes practicing Pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques. No prior yoga experience is needed.

  • A fun, playful introduction to yoga through movement, games, and imagination. Kids build strength, coordination, and focus while learning simple breathing and relaxation skills. Classes encourage confidence, creativity, and joy in movement. Suitable for children 3 - 11 years old.

  • A safe, supportive practice designed to nurture both body and mind during pregnancy. This Calstock pregnancy class is longer than others, allowing extra time for gentle movements, breathwork, and a full relaxation to build strength, ease common discomforts, and support connection with your baby. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, with modifications provided.

  • Holding space for new mothers to gently rebuild strength, improve posture, and restore balance after childbirth, while including your baby in the practice. Gentle stretches, core work, and bonding activities support both physical recovery and connection with your little one. Suitable for all postnatal stages, with modifications as needed.

  • Private 1:1 yoga sessions offer space and time for personalized guidance tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Each session focuses on alignment, breath, and movement that meet your individual needs, allowing for a safe and supportive practice. Ideal for anyone seeking focused attention and a customized yoga experience.

  • Sports massage with attention also given to both relaxation and therapeutic techniques, addressing muscle tension, soreness, and overall recovery at a deep level. Sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60 minutes, with your first appointment including a 15-minute initial consultation to tailor the treatment to your needs. Ideal for athletes or anyone seeking targeted, effective massage therapy.
